In this session, the speaker will explore some lesser known sourcing tools like Free Patents Online, Custom Search Engines, Facebook Search Tools, and Registration Boards to identify addtional talent pipelines and put you back into the green. With this "matrix" of tools, you'll find new populations and those harder to find candidates who are hiding in the shadows.
