SourceCon - Spring 2017

Are you looking to up your sourcing game?  You probably are headed to SourceCon for a variety of reasons, but this Sourcing Lab is something that can help prepare you for the days of awesomeness to come.  You will learn about new sourcing techniques, ways to increase your candidate numbers, and all the current techniques that the presenters will be talking about during the conference. 

Not only will this session help you improve as a professional, but it will also help you get the most out of the conference.  During the lab, we will teach you:

• How to create smarter search strings
• How to source for things other than resumes
• How to get everything you need from a free LinkedIn account
• How to track down any candidate's contact information
• How to craft a REAL message that gets a response from your candidates

Whether you are a newbie, an intermediate sourcer or an expert, you will be able to take away many things from this lab.  We invite you to bring your laptops, your questions and your ideas.  Come prepared to learn a lot and change the way you think about sourcing.
